I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Specialist through ACE, an NCCA accredited program. Additionally, my specialty certifications include:

I received extensive training and experience with diverse populations through my work with Pronatal Fitness, Equinox and New York Sports Clubs in New York City, before establishing my own company.

I specialize in serving people aged 30+ who seek long-term support from a dedicated trainer. Whether you're embarking on your fitness journey, managing life changes, or aiming to maintain independence as you age, I'm here for you. I work with clients virtually all over the United States and locally in Los Angeles,CA.

My coaching style is characterized by collaboration, open communication, and gentle motivation. I encourage you to take ownership of your commitments to yourself and your health goals. I create a safe space for you to express your thoughts, concerns, desires, and evolving goals without judgment. I believe in finding a balance between enjoyable activities and what's necessary to reach your health and fitness goals.
Personal Interests:
Beyond my professional life, my personal interests include distance running, hiking, camping, biking, lifting, adventure racing, sewing, science podcasts, self-care, traveling, cooking, and hosting dinner parties.
